Is there a fee for home collection?
No, home sample collection is free within Sharjah. Book on WhatsApp and choose a time that suits you.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests, like a lipid profile or fasting blood sugar, usually need 8 to 12 hours of fasting, while others like HbA1c don't. We'll send you the instructions when you book.
How do I get my results?
Your results are sent to your phone, ready to share with your doctor.
I have a test request from my doctor. Can I get a price first?
Of course. Send us a photo of the request on WhatsApp and we'll reply with the total price.
